This past year has been absolutely amazing! With the gym and penthouse at my disposal and the pool table down stairs it has been fun, I love having a place that is very homey and I feel comfortable inviting guests over, the office and maintenance workers are some of the nicest people I have met and help us in any way they can!

Overall just a great, normal, neighborly vibe. The units are great, view is amazing, roof is awesome, staff is all really great to work with, and overall just a dope af building.

Decent place to live if you are first moving to town and trying to get to know Denver better. Can't beat the location, Sloan's lake is an awesome park. Neighborhood is still developing, good city living.
