I am a new resident at 4600 tge staff has been amazing and flexible and taken great care of me. They have been attentive and taken great care of all my needs.

Haven't been able to use a single amenity. They've all been closed for a year. Parking is terrible and there's never any spots that aren't reserved. The reserved spots are almost all empty, probably because they're $40/month per person. Management never answers the phones and they didn't give us our lease when we asked for it because they "forgot". Neighbors are also incredibly noisy, manners won't do anything about it unless we call the cops first.

This is the worst complex I have ever lived In. Staff does not respond to calls or emails and building is old and always floods/ smells / and packages and laundry are always getting stolen. Staff does not respond to work orders in a timely fashion. I have mold in my apartment and have been trying to contact someone for weeks and no response. Staff does not Care. This company deserves to be shut down, and I will warn anyone I can not to waste their money here.

So far life at these apartments has been really good. All maintenance requests have been responded to timely, no issues with staff, and generally a pretty amazing deal for a good size 2 bedroom that's really close to downtown. It's about a 30 minute walk to cherry creek mall and tons of good stores within 2-4 blocks. We live in the upgraded unit and the modern touches work really well for our design style! For the price, there's almost nothing that compares in the Denver area.
