The elevator always smells bad. Outsiders can come in and have a party in the penthouse, even if they are not residents.

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment’s been solid—haven’t even had to call maintenance, which says a lot. It’s quiet, feels safe, and the location is super convenient. Everything’s been smooth since moving in, and it’s just a comfortable place to come home to.

Douge is awesome, so was Leo, but, everything else, I only get two days to check everything to make sure I have whatever works or doesn't work on this list it takes more than 2 days at least four three tops you guys have no water line here my toilet is not flushing without it overflowing, my shower drain is not draining, my cooking burners are not working correctly, SMH please, someone call me!!!

Had a flood about 6 months ago no one came still has came to check apartment and flood consisted of sewer water from other apartments left in inhumane conditions
