I have really enjoyed living at Studio LoHi for the last year and a half. The staff is fantastic; they are helpful, friendly, and hard-working. The resident events are fun and thoughtful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and complete requests; I have consistently had great experiences. The cleaning staff maintains an incredibly clean building. The mail system is fantastic and I have never had a package stolen. The rooftop is beautiful with ample space/seating and clean bathrooms. The ButterflyMX system is a great way to let guests in. I do have some negatives: the building electricity and amenity fees every month are frustrating, and quickly add up. Our washer/dryer have left marks and clipped off strings on numerous garments. Our bedroom windowsill gets condensation and mold that we frequently have to clean. Our water bill has been consistently high and a plumber mentioned it could be one of the parts in the tanks that needs replacing (it takes forever to fill the bowl), but I will put in a maintenance request for this. Is it possible to get a replacement washer/dryer as well? Overall, I would recommend Studio LoHi as a great place to live. It is expensive, but the area is amazing and the staff have really made a positive impact on our living experience. I feel heard and appreciated as a resident--only a rent increase would deter us from re-signing next year. Thank you for all that you do!

Excellent property. Omar is the best property manager of all time, we all love him. The cleaning crew always does a fatanstic job to keep thi splace in good shape. Improvement to be made exist on the rooftop. The speakers and TV are not funtional.
