Love this place!

Everything you need, plus perks. Units are quiet, updated and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Super dog-friendly building in a great location for one of the best values in the area.

Awesome Apartments

I moved here without even seeing the inside or outside of the building and with no idea of how the apartment looked beyond the few pictures. I couldn't be happier. There are so many great things to list: It is in a good area for walking to anywhere in downtown. There are 2 workout rooms (1 cardio, 1 weights), a game room, tvs throughout, a public computer and coffee room, another cozy room to hang out in, a rooftop area where you can BBQ, drink, have parties, play games, plus an inside rooftop area with a couch, tv, fireplace and kitchen. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Everything is kept very clean. The tenants are an unusually friendly bunch of people. There is a dog park and another outside area for people. The walls are thick. I never hear a thing. I feel like I have stumbled on a secret paradise for urban living in Denver.

Great Place To Live

I moved here almost 16 months ago. It is located in walking distance to grocery stores and malls in downtown, and I'm having a great view of the street. The only downside is parking, which can improve a lot. My parking spot was in the alley. Last year when I had a car, it was hit four times in less than a month. On the other hand, this building has great amenities and very friendly and professional staff. Definitely recommend it to a friend.
