Cool spot to chill

I’m new here but I really like it so far. It’s in the best location and it’s got great amenities, however I personally think the laundry prices could be dropped a little bit, I mean I’d understand it if they put the detergent and fabric stuff in for us but they don’t. Beyond that the space is beautiful and the neighbors are typically extremely friendly. Excited to be here at the Stoey.

Good Option for Cap Hill

I've lived here about 6 months. Pros: It's pretty quiet. Never heard anyone through my walls. Maintenance responds quickly and does a good job. The people in the office have always been nice and helpful. Haven't had any issues with property managers or anything. Cons: Parking can be annoying, especially because the outside parking lot only has reserved signs on the handicap spaces (even though all of the spaces are technically reserved), so, sometimes, people will park in your spot. Some of the work in my apartment is a bit shoddy (cabinets are a little stiff/ don't close completely, paint job not the best, etc.), the trash in the basement does get too full relatively often. Overall, it's a quiet place with low drama. Not perfect, but certainly not bad. I'm comfortable.
