Im happy with my experience at Story. Place is nice, staff is extremely helpful and the residents are nice.

Its not a bad place to live but during the summer, the AC unit keeps kicking off. The entire building runs on central heat or AC, so during the spring when it was so hot, they couldnt make the switch to AC until it was certain that the outside temp would remain a consistent temp about 70. So AC, multiple times now during the summer it has turned completely off. Even as i write this review, it seems like none of the AC works in any of the rooms and so i expect other tenants to also be without AC. Its just going to keep doing this throughout the summer and it is so annoying. The amenities cost, holy **** why are we paying about $260 a month on average for common area utilities?? I have to pay an additional $65 for electricity on top of my $60 electricity for my unit?? I have to pay another $40 for gas/propane for a grill i barely use?? On top of that there's a maintenance fee, service fee, water fee sewer fee that all totals to about @$260 a month on top of my current rent. How is everyone in this building paying for that?
