Extremely overpriced for what you get

Appliances are entry level and compact so don't expect to do a lot for wash/dry, dishwasher. Closet space is minimal with only place to store larger items is bottom floor. Upstairs bathrooms are tiny and no storage at all. Property management office is off-site and very hard to reach and get anything done.

Great staff and awesome townhouses!

The staff worked with me and was able to make everything happen even in a short time frame. They really want to help prospective and current residents feel happy with their home. I really would recommend this property to other people because they are very well kept units and the staff is amazing. I only wish there was a pool and workout room and that you got an extra garage door opener to let a dog walker use or to keep as a spare.

Red Peak Townhomes

Moved in a few weeks ago and so far, no complaints. Our townhouse is great... awesome location, easy parking and quiet (we cannot hear our neighbors at all). The Red Peak team is has also been fantastic. We had a couple of things that needed maintenance in the townhouse. Micheala was quick to help. The maintenance portal was easy and our requests were addressed quickly. We're very happy with our choice.

Restricted Breeds Include: Rottweiler, Pit-bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf-Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher and any mix of these breeds. We only allow birds, fish, dogs and cats. No reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.
