Great staff and awesome townhouses!

The staff worked with me and was able to make everything happen even in a short time frame. They really want to help prospective and current residents feel happy with their home. I really would recommend this property to other people because they are very well kept units and the staff is amazing. I only wish there was a pool and workout room and that you got an extra garage door opener to let a dog walker use or to keep as a spare.

Red Peak Townhomes

Moved in a few weeks ago and so far, no complaints. Our townhouse is great... awesome location, easy parking and quiet (we cannot hear our neighbors at all). The Red Peak team is has also been fantastic. We had a couple of things that needed maintenance in the townhouse. Micheala was quick to help. The maintenance portal was easy and our requests were addressed quickly. We're very happy with our choice.

Moving in

Overall, I'm super happy with my new home. I've had one or two hiccups. Called the emergency line due to a gas leak and the lady that answered could not help me at all. I thought she was there for emergencies? She wasn't very friendly or nice either. She couldn't even provide me with the gas company information or their emergency line number. We ended up having to evacuate for nearly 3 hours, while the gas company and fire company came out to tend to the gas leak. The area overall is a perfect location for what I need for commute to work, nearby grocery store and access to local parks/gyms/freeways. I wish it wasn't as noisy as it has been. I would have never known that the avenue I live off of is a main road for the emergency vehicles. These are things you learn after moving in to a home, I guess. Staff hasn't always been easy to get a hold of (especially in time of emergency!) . I am fortunate for my parking situation...though I also pay for a more expensive townhome. It would be nice to know if the empty lot is available for guests at the end of our townhome block. At least for now until they build on it...for times when guests may come over. Maintenance has been pretty good. No one has come by to pick up my move in sheet, which I have filled out...thus some things on the move in maintenance list need to be addressed still. Restricted Breeds Include: Rottweiler, Pit-bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf-Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher and any mix of these breeds. We only allow birds, fish, dogs and cats. No reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.
