With the exception of a few miscues in the first 30 days after we moved here, things have been mostly pleasant over the last seven months. First the not so pleasant. Transient individuals routinely go through the trash cans in the back ally. People do not clean-up after their pets or leave "doggy bags" on the sidewalk and in the ally. Quite a bit of noise from S Broadway (loud vehicles, train horns, etc) and E Mississippi between S Broadway and S Logan is dangerous (motorists driving too fast/distracted driving and not yielding to pedestrians). Several near misses for us and others trying to cross the street to Sprouts. Almost forgot, E Mississippi is the primary route used by responding ambulances but you will get used to it. Pleasant things. S Pearl Street, Izakaya Den, Tokyo Premium Bakery, Maria's Empanadas, and Dos Luces Brewery all within walking distance. Sprouts Farmers Market and Whole Foods also within walking distance. Washington Park for some exercise and relaxation. Easy access to downtown Denver. Close to the Front Range foothills. Very walkable and "bikeable" but remember what I said above about the rude drivers... Bottom line, we love the area so much, we just bought a house here. Hope this helps.

Great Location

Have lived here for about 1 month. Parking is great (we park 1 car in the garage and 1 on the street, and street parking is always available). The dog park is awesome, and big. The apartment feels modern and the high ceilings feel luxurious. Our only problem so far has been maintenance. We have 4 work orders open for about 2 weeks now, ranging from light bulb replacement to a faulty door handle/lock on our patio door. We have had to come up with another way to secure the door closed. We contacted maintenance about ETA a few days ago, and were told they are "waiting on parts". I guess light bulbs are on backorder? Hopefully we don't have any major maintenance issues, because it seems they are very slow to respond and repair. Otherwise, we love it. Walking distance to South Pearl and Broadway, and Sprouts is a block away.

Lovely townhouse, great location, terrible service

I love the location and it's great having a gated courtyard for my dog to run around. I've lived here for two years and the service has significantly declined since I moved in. I have been waiting months for simple service requests to be attended to.
