So far loving my townhome! Feels quiet and private compared to living in a big apartment building. Do miss amenities like a gym, though.

Excellent space!

I have really loved living here since I first moved in. The property is fantastic, great accessibility to S Broadway and 1-25, friendly neighbors, great maintenance, and overall top notch facility. The appliances are new and in great condition, a few minor issues with the fancy garage door, but I am extremely satisfied with the way things worked out here. I plan on renewing in the next month or so.

Overall nice townhomes but overpriced with limited maintenan

Overall we like the townhomes, its in a great neighborhood! However I do see many issue with maintenance not being upkept in between moves and maintenance requests are slow to get done but they have somewhat been completed eventually. I think if these were a little less cost wise it would be more in line with the amenities and maintenance offered.

Staff is wildly difficult to work with

We enjoy the townhomes, however, the staff is very difficult to work with. They are near impossible to get a hold of, and when available, they are almost entirely unhelpful. This is in regards to the Sherman Central staff.
