Gradual deterioration in services

I have lived here for the last two years. When we moved in things were fine in terms of security, cleanness, functioning laundry. As time progressed there has been a gradual deterioration in the upkeep of the laundry facilities as well as the security situation. For instance, there were 4 functioning washing machines at the start to now with only one. On many a mornings my mother has encountered someone wo seem to be under the influence sleeping in the elevator with no signs of a security personnel.

High priced for what you get

Office staff smelled heavily of alcohol. Maintenance staff are excellent. Apartments are aged and not worth the increasingly growing rent. Noise level surprisingly low for where they are.

Great value for the price before they raised the rent

I really liked living here I just wish they had a better system with their laundry rooms as there's always washing machines out of service and it can be a huge inconvenience. also the buildings 3830 and the one that is connected has a poor naming system as people can never deliver packages correctly because they can't see the # of the building at night + get confusing that there are 2 second floors etc.
