We only allow birds, fish, dogs and cats. No reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.

Not worth the price of rent

There is no business center. Package room is always in disarray and is in need of a different system to keep it organized so that residents can easily find their packages. The apartments are run down and NOT AT ALL worth the price of rent. I get that the location is great but that alone cannot justify how high the rent is. Our refrigerator broke and they gave use a used refrigerator to replace it! If they want to charge this much for rent, they need to work on updating apartments as people move out (new cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, updated appliances, fixing outlet and light fixtures). Also, the staff are nice, but it's clear the property manager only cares about making money and not about improving the apartments and the property for the residents. Disgusting. Also, the fact that they take money out of the security deposit for painting is sad. Painting is normal wear and tear, not something you take money out of the security deposit for. Like I said. RedPeak only cares about money.

I love everything about Redpeak Colorado Station

Nothing beats the location for the price! The staff is great and super helpful. Riley was super helpful from day #1 and Scooter has done a wonderful job with maintenance requests.

Constant Miscommunication

I am happy to not be renewing my lease here. This apartment could be so great if maintenance and leasing agents showed they cared for the residents more. I am sick of the excuse of COVID-19 being used as a reason why I shouldn't be updated on when I can have my window screen fixed so that I can stop having ant and moth infestations. I've been fighting for 3 weeks now to get an answer from maintenance and I am sick of this. I guess tossing with trash cans is more important than replacing a screen for less than 10 minutes that they already have the tools for.

Great Location, a little pricey for what you get

Parking: Covered parking is $50 or more. There's usually parking (uncovered) spots throughout the day, but now, since everyone is home d/t pandemic, you may have to park on the street (plenty of street parking though!) Amenities: Was looking forward to the "renovation" of the fitness center, but that's been put on hold. Not able to use any of their amenities for I don't know how long... Maintenance/Staff: They keep the complex clean, the maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. Office staff is very helpful as well! Value: The newly renovated apartments are quite expensive (at least for the 1-bedroom we got). Would have loved a bigger kitchen and more storage space for the price, but we do have A/C, heater, and GAS STOVE oven(!!). I've had to buy shelving units for additional storage. Also, no microwave or W/D in-unit. There's a laundry room at each floor of the 3700/3725 building where you can use an app, coins, or credit card to swipe--the app is pain to use sometimes, but I've gotten a refund for times the machine didn't work thankfully. Biggest issue is some people leave their clothes in the dryer all day, making you go to another floor to finish laundry and/or wait (ugh not cool). Location: Excellent. Right across from Total Wine, Natural Grocers, Dave n' Busters, Regal Cinemas, and best of all, Colorado Station RTD rail. Easy access to I-25 too. Noise: A brick wall separates us from our neighbor, which is practically soundproof. We hear our upstairs neighbor though, they sound like they're always moving furniture...and we hear our neighbor's baby crying from across the hall. Overall a good first place to live in Denver. We're from out of state and have been here a year. The main selling point is definitely the location. You're within less than 10 min away from multiple grocery stores, some hole in the wall restaurants, and a walk from the RTD station, making it easy to go downtown if you wanted!
