Great Value, Great Location
I've lived at Colorado Station for almost a year and have really enjoyed my time here. It's clean, quiet, and fairly priced. The staff is very responsive and they do their best to get any issues resolved quickly. The location is great too. It's right next to I-25 and near grocery stores, restaurants, and a RTD station. I definitely recommend living here!
Everything I need
Great location near public transit,quiet and roomy residences and convenient amenities make for an all around comfortable lifestyle. What's not to like.
Worth your stay
Been here for just over a year and have been pleasantly surprise on how the community extents themselves to making everyone feel included and valued. Like I said "it's worth your stay".
Starter Apartment
This apartment is great if you are just starting out on your own. However, the pool was only open for a short amount of time this summer and we were still being charged full amounts on our amenities when we couldn't even use them. There is no airflow in the hallways so you can smell food and cigarette smoke in the halls at all times AND if you come home after 7pm any day you will not find parking. Overall, I give this apartment complex a 6/10. Again, if you are in college or just starting out this is perfect. But if you have lived in other communities you will no the difference. TRUST ME.
