My prior experience to apartment living was quite hellish compared to the heavenly Red Peak. During my stay at the Colorado Station Apartments, I was received with warmth and welcome. Every time I had a concern or issue, management was prompt in helping me. One time, they even let me review camera footage for a missing package. Overall, it is a hidden gem that offers a bang for your buck and some peace of mind. From renter to renter, Redpeak has made my living situation manageable and enjoyable.

Came to visit my daughter here. Liked it so much. I decided to relocate not only to Denver but to Colorado station. It was a very easy process and the staff is very nice. Looking forward to living here for many years to come

The price of rent is too expensive considering the small size of the apartments. Also, this leasing agency nickles and dimes residents for every little thing and it's disgusting. Charging for parking when there is plenty of space and no reason to charge, and other little things. Finally, $2.00 per to wash and $2.00 to dry is outrageous.
