My partner and I lived here for two years. In that time, the experience has degraded significantly. It's never the same leasing specialist, nor the same maintenance specialist. Parking fees were introduced and hardly enforced, leading to abandoned vehicles taking up space. Water pressure was decreased. Everyone has a dog but no one cleans up after them, except for maintenance once a week or so. Vehicles are frequently broken into. Hope you like the sound of the fire department several times a night. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but our experience has lost its luster, and especially with a renewal offer that represented a 15% increase, we're moving on.
