Not Happy
This place needs to get the Rent Cafe website and the resident ledger to agree. It's extremely dishonest and misleading for them not to be in alignment/ agreement. One of the maintenance crew staff does an insouciant work, leaves a mess behind. When addressed if it was up to the residence to clean up after the job, I was told it's not there job. I found it hard to believe a unit would be rented/leased with filthy walls. Yet, it took 2 months to get it a basement wall cleaned. In fact, a coat of paint was put over the dirt. No future residents referrals coming from us!
Never again
Forced to pay back 3 months of utilities at time of move out. Those 3 months were before Red Peak bought the property, and at the time I was not required to pay extra utilities as Red Peak claims. Very shady practice. I will do everything possible to never rent from Red Peak again.
Expensive for what you get
My initial rent for a 1 bedroom was for 1480. I had new carpets, appliances, paint, wood floors, ect. upon my move in. After Red peaks took over the complex, they told us that our lease couldn't be renewed for cosmetic renovations they were doing. They also informed us that the renovated 1 bedrooms were now 2100. Just go rent a house like I decided to do for that price.

Comments: There is no weight limit on pets. Pets are limited to 2 per apartment home. Restricted Breeds Include: Rottweiler, Pit-bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf-Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher and any mix of these breeds. We only allow birds, fish, dogs and cats. No reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.
