Parking lot is not secured

The parking garage door has been broken for nearly 2 months now and the only reason many of us pay for parking is because it is a secured lot. It is no longer secured, I have had someone parked in my space two separate times, and the benefit is no longer there.

Need to do a better job at maintaining amenities

Would be great if amenities were always up and running. Pool has been out of commission for a couple of months now and heading into summer months, which is discouraging. BBQ grills are filthy and never cleaned once by management. The attic now requires reservations to use, even if you want to drop in there for a half hour or so to read, watch tv or whatever. List goes on and only has been an issue since new management/ownership came into play. How do you expect us to agree to a rent increase on renewal when you aren't holding up your end of the bargain?
