For the most part this place is great. They have hired security that patrols and keeps things relatively safe. The parking garage door is broken often, which worries me about having my car broken into.

Great Space & Location But Some Minor Issues

I love living in this neighborhood and the unit space is great! Garage doors seem to have issues periodically but maintenance seems quick to jump on it. Maintenance overall has been good. Don't hear the neighbors and the amenities are sufficient for my use. Overall a great place to live!

The main complaint I have is that my car was stolen from the underground parking garage. Aside from that the experience has been pleasant. The staff is very professional and very polite. They address all issues promptly and effectively.
