Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted.   Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog.    Pet Deposits: Pet deposits are $300 and must be paid at or before move-in.    Pet Fee: There is an additional $35 a month pet fee.

Nice residents, great views

Been at Monaco Row for 3 years and would recommend it without questions. Takes only three minutes to get on and off the highway, which is very nice, but there is no highway noise. Maintenance staff is attentive to needs and seem to enjoy their work.

Not a bad place to live

The construction quality of the building is not great. I think the materials used were sub par intended to keep construction costs down. Which is not alway a bad thing, but the use of in expencive materials leads to significant maintance issues the broken pipes. My appartment has flooded four times in 5 years. This seams excessive for an appartment that is not very old. And my appartment is not the only one with flood issues i would gues that ther are at least 2 per month based on the number of floodind restoration trucks in the complex. Luckally the building has a great Maintance crew that keep the property, together. However management will not authorize more than bandaid fixes, and has refused to replace the carpet after after it was water damaged.

Beautiful views

The quite environment and amazing mountain views are the main reasons I love this apartment complex! Overall great amenities but sometimes a lot of kids which can be annoying.

I love living here!

This community is amazing. All the staff is beyond friendly and genuinely care for you. Big shoutout to Louie. Excellent maintenance team; they are super quick to reapond to any requests. I love the access to the trail right behind and to the Belleview Station restaurants/shops! Amenities are great. View is breathtaking.
