Everything becomes an inconvenience at this place. They never to fail to find a way to turn an “improvement” into an additonal burden for residents. Packages are routinely stolen, things breal and are not fixed, and the things that are fixed are done so poorly, necessitating rework (my hall was repainted three times, the hot tub has been resurfaced twice so far in the last month). There are just a lot of better options available.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years, going on my 4th. Pros: great staff and great maintenance team. Amenities are nice (gym + pool). Nice location in RiNo but have to walk a bit to get to restaurants. Good value for rent. Cons: directly next to Salvation Army resource center, lots of homeless people around the community and on the streets/sidewalks. Loud noises throughout the day due to construction and homeless people outside playing music and talking/yelling.

The start was bad. I signed a lease and got no emails about how moving in would be or anything to set up, and then they didn't even fully get my apartment ready. There were maintenance issues I had to call in that should have been taken care of before I arrived. I was also lied to about the parking. They told me there was no free parking around the building and that my best option was to get the garage parking, and they didn't even tell me the cheapest option, only let me park on the rooftop.
