Wonderful day

And the Young lady who had helped me that was the first time in a Long time that I had not been categorized by anybody on the staff there they were wonderful and the very eccentric older one and I said a lot better than I had just tonight I'd imagine that day that morning and I had he was fantastic and I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart and the young lady I met was a great person and I want to t hank her so very much !

Good spot downtown

Nice building with a great pool area and one of the better gyms I've seen in an apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful—pretty good location with good access to the Rino neighborhood and lodo/union station. At first, I felt like it would be too far away. However, It's just about as walkable as apartments on the other side of the light rail and train tracks.

Not luxury

Luxury apartments do a much better job maintaining common areas. If the carpet in halls are worn out in just a year, they should be replaced and instead of forcing it on the residents for 4 yrs. Poor maintenance, poor cleaning/maintenance of the carpet in halls, reject people with valid ESA letters because they're that worried about $35/mo rent, loud.

My Review

Some work order takes multiple submissions/calling the office to remind that they need to be done. Also, parking is sometimes not great since there seem to be too many cars in the covered spots. Noise from the road and from neighbors has been a problem as well. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, as are the maintenance staff. Location is excellent and the amenities are very well kept.
