I've lived here for about 3 months and have had a great experience. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious and I don't feel like I'm overpaying. Plus, there are tons of amenities like the pool, gym, and skydeck that we frequently enjoy. There have been a few times where the parking garage has been broken and it has taken a while to fix it, but other than that I've been happy. Overall, I'd describe the community as quiet and respectful.

Experience is going downhill as the office workers are less friendly, take longer to manage requests, and amenities are decreasing in value (gym equipment breaking, taking a week to fix smells, making us pay for water filters (extremely cheap behavior for a company that takes 2k of our money for rent) etc.) And no staff other than Nicole makes an effort to be friendly with residents. Downhill since Tyler left management
