Gables Speer has been fantastic. The amenities are nothing flashy, much smaller pool and gym than many other options in this price range, but they are always clean and well maintained. The staff is great, maintenance crew has been beyond amazing. We have needed both the dishwasher and hot water heater replaced since moving in and they have did it done ASAP after putting in the request. The unit itself is perhaps the best I have ever been in, in terms of overall space, layout, and condition. The only reason for the 3-stars for noise level is because 6th & Speer is a major intersection. The actual sound-proofing between neighboring units is excellent. All around an amazing find.
