Renters at this property appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the units, and nicely updated apartments. They enjoy the free coffee available downstairs, beautiful city and mountain views, and respectful tenants. When I ask on what were going to be my monthly electricity and utility charges for the studio I was leasing, I was told by the building manager that it was an average of about $150, a little more sometimes or a little less. I was ok with that. Never would I have been ok with twice as much as it is now!!! You did not disclose all the charges that are involved in living here. You should be honest in your practices and you are not!! It is deceptive how you handle the manner on how you trick people in living here. If you were to show sample billing to all your future tenants for each kind of unit, you will save all the headaches that you cause both the tenant and the building manager. Shame on you!!

I submitted a request for a broken window and a washing machine replacement on my floor. Its been months and nothing has been addressed. Elevator is constantly broke which means the company refuses to spend the extra money to do a full overhaul and elevator replacement. I get its a hassle but thats what we pay an exuberant price for. Will not recommend until a management makes decisions that trulu benefits the community

This place would be a lot nicer if they could ever have both elevators running longer than a week. Waiting for the elevator takes forever and it’s typically always overflowing with people. Been quite a few times we had to wait for the next one

I have lived here almost a year now. The location is perfect fore me. It is close to many neighborhoods (LoDo, Cap Hill, South Broadway, and the art district) while still being tucked away on a quieter street. The apartment itself is overall nice. I like the layout and balcony that I have. However, there were a couple things that were broken when I moved in, such as both of my blinds, a cabinet, the dishwasher rails, and screen door. Additionally the elevator continues to break at least once a week. Parking is more expensive than advertised when I moved in, plus they have a weird waiting period, even though there are numerous open spots in the parking garage. There are also some hidden fees fore amenities that they do not mention as well. Overall really nice place but I am on the fence about resigning as other places in the neighborhood look cheaper on apartments.com and zillow.

This isnt a apartment complex, its a luxury. There is FREE COFFEE downstairs at all times. And its a smart coffee maker, but not at all hard to use! You can pick anything from a deluxe hot chocolate to a double latte to regular strong coffee or just a plain hot cup of milk. And the staff are the kindest people I have ever met. They have always gone above and beyond, They provided us food for tenets week, When the water stopped working, they got us more free food, I’ve not heard of any other apartment complex doing that before especially in Denver. I renewed my lease for year two! You also get a beautiful view of either the city or the mountains. The other tenants are respectful and they don’t make a bunch of noise. If I were to move, I’d probably pick a bigger apartment in the same building. The parking is only $108 compared to on average $200 in downtown. there’s also a sky house that has a grill, pool table, and just a huge space that you can even rent for a day. I highly recommend civic cloth for any new tenants. Easy to move in, and fast too.
