Review

We were told parking is $8 per parking place when signing our lease originally. Of course, the idiot who told us that is no longer employed with the group. The community's security has been my largest and consistent concern. Doors are frequently left open and often broken. I see homeless people walking through the property regularly. The gym never has clean wipes. It is in a fantastic location, and decent pricing (aside from the loaded parking that we were egregiously misled on). If we don't break our lease early, we will certainly be looking forward to moving out ASAP. The maintenance crew is absolutely fantastic. The leasing crew is a hit or miss. There are two gals that are an absolute pleasure and one who is cold as can be. I don't know their names so I won't go too far into it. The cleanliness of the complex is sub par as well. Shout out to the maintenance crew though. Those guys are rockstars.
