Fantastic Place

I've been in Bromwell for just two months and I'm enjoying every single day over there. You are in a prime location: so close to Downtown without traffic hassle. I have a fantastic view from my apartment, which is the most relaxing.

love my time at bromwell!

I have lived here for 7+ months and have really enjoyed my time! It is clean, safe, and a fantastic location. I would highly recommend others to live here. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. My compliant is that sometimes the amenities/elevator don't work but usually it is quick to be fixed.

Happy with everything so far!

I just moved in about a month ago. Everything has been great so far! The staff is nice and the leasing process was super smooth and quick. The amenities are awesome especially the sky deck! The gym is a little on the smaller side but the equipment is really nice. No complaints here!

The most tasteful apartment experience

The staff at Bromwell has gone out of their way to make this stay a wonderful experience in every aspect. Regardless of how many times the staff changes they are always kind and welcoming, and attentive. The grounds are kept up by the wonderful maintenance very well, and they are always there to smile and greet you in the mornings. The finishes on the apartments or not only a beautiful, but high-quality and withstand any amount of foot traffic you can throw at it. I would definitely rent here again and I am genuinely sad to leave. Don’t give your money to an apartment group like Greystar. Instead, invest in a company that actually cares about the well-being of its residence. Thank you, Bromwell for being such a beautiful, cheerful home these last two years. I am leaving with so many great memories.

We love living at Bromwell!

We've been at Bromwell for a little over a year and we've been very happy here. The staff are very attentive and care about the quality of life here. Sure, there are problems from time to time, but communication is always great and issues are typically resolved quickly.
