The staff at our location is fantastic! They've had to deal with some really tough situations lately. They AC, elevators and hot water equipment has been pretty faulty lately. Obviously it's not their fault that the equipment at the location doesn't work. All they can do is keep up the PMs and schedule the repairs. Everyone here has been very communicative throughout all of the issues. That is the best we can ask for. Even when it's bad news, they make sure to let us know what's happening. That is never a fun job, but they do it anyways. I really appreciate that. It seems to me like the maintenance crew could use an extra hand or two is all I would try and improve.

I've lived here for 2 years and staying a third. Location, private pool open 24 hours, and I love my apartment there. Built super well and quiet so can use my sound system as I like with no complaints. Love it!

I've lived here for 3 and a half years and this building is quiet, well taken care of, and the amenities being open mostly 365 24/7 are awesome. Love my view of the mountains and the constant staff presence at the front desk. I feel safe as a single woman living in Denver. I never hear my neighbors so this feels very private and condo like. I just wish it wasn't at the top of my budget whenever I go to renew my lease!

Lived here 3 years for the most part our experience has been good but like with most buildings the cost goes up while the amenities struggle to keep pace. The staff has been consistently good and we enjoy the location and the residents
