eh vivido aqui por 2 años y este año renovare otra vez contrato la verdad esta administracion esta super atenta a las necesidades de los inquilnos ademas que lo han renovado poco a poco y ahora si le dan mantenimiento a las areas comunes como a los pasillos ahora estan mas limpios e iluminados, solo falta personal de mantenimiento porque a veces tardan demasiado en ir a arreglar las cosas

- non dairy milk in available for coffee - when events happen think of the people who have food allergies like doing some gluten free things so we can actually participate - a lot problems in the garage with driving and parking - healthier options for food trucks

Great staff Friendly neighbors Need more visitor parking Maintenance requests responded to too slowly. Pool maintenance and upkeep poor, should be daily if year round. Leaves never taken out or at least provide a net to use. Hottub is great but need jets fixed
