It feels like no one works here. No sense of urgency and laxidasical on everyones part. We have a front door that is broken and doesnt lock

Pretty quiet building. All things in apartment work well, but I've found a lot of amenity items to be broken (gym equipment, e.g.). Street parking is limited. Overall a nice building!

I hThe original company that owned this apartment complex when I originally moved in was amazing. The staff was always on site and very easy to get ahold of. That is not the case for this new management company.
