This building has had three different managers in two years. Mission Rock is a cold corporate company that is totally disengaged and out of touch with residents. Under the current manager (Kimberly) we enjoy contests where participants are never notified of a winner and it is a huge secret who won. There is no sense of community bonding when you have shady contests that have no legal rules or any guidelines. The management gets worse with each replacement and exhibits a snotty, regal attitude towards tenants. This place simply does not care about people at all, they will give you the run around with direct questions whenever you call them out. Not a good place to live and not a great choice if you are seeking a caring, personable property manager.

There is no hot water in the mornings, the internet always goes out, the garage door is always broken and junkies get in, elevators break constantly

We've been here since 2021, first in our apartment. The staff is wonderful, and very responsive. The rooftop patio is awesome, we spend alot of time of there, but the furniture needs replacing. The office center is a great amenity as well.
