Excellent place to live

Place is ideal in Denver as it is close to almost everything. There's grocery store, gym, bars, and restaurants nearby. Even though place is central, there is no noise once you're inside the building, which is quite nice. Dana, Clay, and Rostin very helpful when you need anything.

Great location

This building has been great, apartments are spacious with plenty of new appliances and storage. Parking spaces, enough for all residents. Building can be noisy, but it's a fantastic neighborhood and that is worth a little extra noise.

Love it here

Love the location of this place as I just moved to Denver. RIght in the middle yet quiet as well. Management is wonderful and so is maintainence. Couldnt have picked a better place to live!

Love it! Best Location in Lohi

I love everything about living here, the location is great, staff is friendly and unit is beautiful. I will say the parking situation is not ideal, but luckily I have a smaller vehicle that fits in the compact spaces. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here.
