Heater and Ivan are incredible. Love the location. Modern

Rent increase was outrageous. The location is great and staff is always friendly and supportive. Great sense of community. Modern apartments. Wish there was a pool and fitness center

Great Location

I’m new to Denver and living in LoHi has been a great intro to the city. Staff is great, building is quiet, and the community is very dog friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone relocating to Denver.
