I have been renting from RedPeak Properties for 10 yrs. I have lived in 3 separate Properties and have stayed with RedPeak because they always work with me on anything that comes up. 825 Dahlia is great Property but the Pool which is a great Amenity for the Tenants that live onsite but RedPeak opened it up to all the other buildings on Dexter one street over. The problem is they bring friends with codes given and don't care about the tenants that live on the property with noise and property at pool. Ash and Staff are great if you need anything and are happy to please your stay given the price you pay for the Value. I stay with Redpeak because I know what you get. Thank you

Elevator breaks consistently and pool closes randomly during the summer. Good location, you can't do much about the construction acorss the way but the noise in constant during the day. On the 6th floor the apartment since the heat rises it gets very hot in witner and especially summer and the a/c does not cool past 80 degress according to the matience person. So on 100 degree days it's difficult to stay in the apartment.

Great location in a great neighborhood, close to good parks, cool bars, groceries, movies, etc. The building is full of friendly, respectful people and the staff are always helpful (especially the maintenance folks). The only downside is that some of the amenities need an update. Some of the gym equipment is janky and it lacks basic stuff like exercise bikes and barbells. The pool filter doesn't work great so the pool closes for maintenance frequently... and a year-round hot tub would be really, really nice!
