Great location in a great neighborhood, close to good parks, cool bars, groceries, movies, etc. The building is full of friendly, respectful people and the staff are always helpful (especially the maintenance folks). The only downside is that some of the amenities need an update. Some of the gym equipment is janky and it lacks basic stuff like exercise bikes and barbells. The pool filter doesn't work great so the pool closes for maintenance frequently... and a year-round hot tub would be really, really nice!

Ash and the Staff make my experience her liveable. If i have a problem i email Ash and he and the staff take action. A problem woth Pot here will force out after 10 yrs woth RedPeak ots hard on me and i have a neighbor who feeds swuils peanuts that carry the plaque in Denver st one time Swuils are not Pets.

Laundry is WAY too expensive for how unreliable they are and how much we pay in rent. We also pay community utilities on top of that. Fibally parking is horrendous on our street especially woth constr going on.
