Solid living
The apartment complex is clean, fairly quite and offers adequate amenities. No staff on property can make it difficult to contact. Parking is overpriced as well as limited on the property and then street parking is a bit of a pain. A little overpriced for not having in-unit laundry and having to pay so much in the laundryroom, but overall a good place to live
First apartment moving into the states!
First real apartment after moving into the states. It's been a blessing, and It's everything I could think of that I would need of an apartment. It has a pool for the summer times, and it's a very spacious apartment that has a lot of breeze during the day and night. Noise levels are acceptable and everyone tries to live peacefully between ourselves, and that makes it an amazing community. Will definitely be renewing for another year and hopefully for years to come in Colorado!
Great Apartments for the cost!
I love living here! Pros: Location is great, I feel safe walking by myself anytime during the day and early evening, great views, has a pool, pets allowed, maintenance fixes issues quickly in my experience, close to cherry creek, close to a park for pets, lots of cool businesses in walking distance (I actually walk to work!) Cons: Don't feel safe outside late at night (but I guess that's what happens when you live nearish downtown/Colfax), elevator breaks down frequently (nothing dangerous, just stops at 1 floor).
825 Dahlia
I hate that our bathroom does not come with a vent. Often making the bathroom smell and feel humid even hours after a shower.
Dirty Pool
Management is a disgrace. You never pick up the phone, you are impossible to get ahold of you dont clean anything. You don't fix anything. I just want to live in a clean working building, and for you t pick up the phone. You clearly onnly care about selling new apartments and do not care about existing tenants
