I could not be happier living here the price is better than anywhere else I found and there are so many fun things to do in the area. I feel really safe walking around at night and have never had any issues finding parking regardless of the time.

I've lived here for almost two months. I like that rent is reasonable for the amount of space we get. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. I would recommend it to someone looking to stay in the city but in a quieter neighborhood.

RedPeak as an organization could do better. Not one specific person is to blame, its just seems like RedPeak bit off more than they can chew and should not be strategically raising rent each year with no improvements. Painting the walls of the hallways every 4 months does not count.
