Terribly run

Impossible to get in touch with management. Many promises and apologies, no action. Move in was botched and delayed, unit I was given was less square feet and lacking walk in closets from what I was promised. Many issues covered under Colorado habitability laws present upon move in and still uncorrected and unprepared. Issues with setting up auto pay still unresolved despite many promises to do so. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everything is broken

The elevator is broken (not the one they’re repairing) , the hot tub is broken and maintenance is so understaffed it takes weeks for them to fix anything.

Nothing special, you get what you pay for. Amenities are lacking and often broken and staff has high turnover, but the apartments themselves are nice and the location is great.

Ehhh was better when it was cheaper

Maintenance is very slow to respond- broken air conditioner in the middle of summer and it takes 2-3 weeks to fix it. The elevators are always broken. Prices went up and that makes this place much less worth it.
