Complex is horrendous still have the same air filter from last March and no one has been out to fulfill the work order placed for it more than 5 months ago, but sure it’s fine.

Solid option Downtown

Great value for downtown. Haven't been the most on top of things with covid taking forever to open amenities. Besides that and an elevator down every now and then, quality place to live. Good people and great location

Not too shabby!

The unit is a bit small but we still managed and it's very modern with a great view. The pool is warmer than the hot tub but I'm thrilled to have a year-round pool and a decent workout room. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I have not had to call maintenance yet but I think we've met on the elevator and they're very friendly as well.

It's one of the cheaper options for a reason...

I have lived here for 3 years and would say that as long as you don't need anything from management it's an alright place to live. The leasing office/property managers clearly are only concerned with initial leasing and are borderline impossible to reach as a current resident with phone calls to the leasing office midday often going unanswered and it often taking me sending up to 5 emails before receiving any form of response from an employee. I highly recommend for any prospective tenants that you read through all of the reviews on Google/Yelp for the past couple years and understand some of the recurring issues mentioned (i.e. elevator trouble/amenity issues) are 100% accurate and despite all the "owner responses" saying they have "fixed" the issue, I think these seem to be problems that will always exist at this property due to ownership's unwillingness to spend the capital necessary to permanently fix the issues. If this is all you can afford to live in the area that is one thing, but just keep in mind there is a reason it is one of the cheaper options and you will have to deal with issues at this property that you would otherwise be able to avoid at the more expensive properties in the area.
