Elevator

You guys need to fix the elevators PERMEANTLY . Or you will have a revolt . I here people taking in the elevators all the time about tent strikes. Also please fix the call box. I’ve been here almost a year and I’m still not in the call box

Underwhelmed

I love the location and the apartment itself. Can't stand the management company or the apartment building. Management has a history of being unresponsive. Maintenance is quick at least. The laundry machines and elevator are always broken. Security is never at the desk.

Good apartments.

Have been living in this apartment community for 3 years now, no complaints except the broken elevators sometimes. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues being faced, and they are fixed ASAP. It can be a little noisy with the regular sirens (expected in the Downtown areas). The common areas are well maintained, and amenities are good too.
