I have called management about the same issues and nothing seems to get getting done about them. *The parking spaces are not secure for those of us that pay. There are constantly people without passes parking in the lot as well as friends and relatives of tenants parking in our paid spot. *There are constantly issues with the laundry. Each floor has different issues with the machines. *The mailroom is not secure. I never get the mail that I am expecting. Deliver drivers do not have access to the building. Tenants packages are always missing, myself included. *The maintance is not doing their job. I submit requests online, when I go back to check they are marked complete when no one came to fix anything. I have to keep submitting new request forms. *People are leaving the doors propped open. There have been number times when homeless people came into the building. It does NOT feel safe.

We enjoy living in our apartment, and the location works for us. Recently, there has been a homeless encampment taking over the parking lot, making it uncomfortable to take my toddler out without my husband.

This property has gone downhill fast. No one ever responds to maintenance requests.

I’m barely moving here but I could tell already how great the stuff is and the place is wonderful

Our court yard looks like a junk yard. Bring back the flowers plants and lights. And power wash the fake grass once a month.

The maintenance office is incapable of following through
