A welcomed return to city life!

While I've only been in my apartment for a few days now, I love it already. The building is well-maintained, the entire staff - from the leasing professionals to the Move-in Coordinator to the maintenance team - is very responsive to your needs, everyone I've come in contact with in the building is very nice, and you simply can't beat the location! The only thing I find disappointing is the high cost of parking in a space that's not even located near the building and covered parking is not even an option. That said, that's really on ME for not doing my research. I just fell in love with the space and the many windows that provide lots of light; I didn't even think about the parking until it was too late. Nonetheless, I don't regret my decision to make this my home for now.

Good location

Good location. Temperature in apartment was pretty mild- rarely used heater and only had to use a/c sometimes. Rooftop is nice and can host small parties with access to rooftop amenities. Trash room lock never fixed- would have to walk outside to come back in. Cold water in sinks did not work often especially in kitchen - would be room temp at best. Refrigerators were too cold on recommended setting - items in back would freeze Constantly had to press reset button on outlets Laundry room dryers often broke down People constantly parked in loading zone like its a regular parking spot. Ive seen cars parked here for more than a whole day at a time. People also constantly parked in tow away zones. Surrounding dog trash bins were often overflowing
