I've lived here for a little over a year and a half and have had nothing less than a great experience. From the building community's kindness to the maintenance team's attention to detail to the perfectly walkable location, I've really enjoyed living here.

I've lived at 1375 for nearly a year now and have been very comfortable in my apartment. The staff, as well as the community as a whole, are very friendly and helpful when needed - particularly the maintenance department.

Its good i like living here. Once in a while there is noise. My electrical outlets in my kitchen dont work

While I've only been in my apartment for a few days now, I love it already. The building is well-maintained, the entire staff - from the leasing professionals to the Move-in Coordinator to the maintenance team - is very responsive to your needs, everyone I've come in contact with in the building is very nice, and you simply can't beat the location! The only thing I find disappointing is the high cost of parking in a space that's not even located near the building and covered parking is not even an option. That said, that's really on ME for not doing my research. I just fell in love with the space and the many windows that provide lots of light; I didn't even think about the parking until it was too late. Nonetheless, I don't regret my decision to make this my home for now.
