Great location, great views!

Being so close to Cheesman is the best. Theres a lot of bars/restaurants that are great and easy to walk to. The views drom the roof are the best (friends always say its the best rooftop view they’ve seen of the city). Parking is difficult at times but usually manageable.

Cheap but needs more

Great location, decent price for the space. Would be nice to have a fromt desk to talk to someone when the batteries in my door die and I get locked out instead of waiting 3+ hours for someome to return my call. Would also be nice to have functioning washers and dryers, and if the elevators actually worked with any consistancy.

Nice property

I enjoy living here! I wish the rent was a little cheaper and that parking was included. I also wish that the air conditioning worked more consistently. The rooftop is fun but kind of loud with the HVAC. However, overall, I'm happy and love the location!
