No improvements to my unit = rent increase

Curious to know how you validate charging me up $80 to $100 per month increase per year without improving my UNIT ? We have the some of Oldest appliances, carpet and other ? How do you justify increasing my rent ( a good renter that’s been in the building for going on 4 years ). The Tradh in the building has been Disgusting and Literally STINKS UP THE ENTIRE BUILDING for 3 or 4 months ? The laundry is ridiculous ! Thanks for the new machines, if the 25yr old children that lived in the Building would have some respect and clean up after themselves ( clean their OWN LINT TRAPS) it’s a small thing that happens to be constant !! The luxer room.. ??????? It took a week to get my Bed out of the luxer room because it’s not used correctly!???????? The WiFi kinda works ( it’s so in and out I am not able to do business from home and am forced to go and find WiFi elsewhere ( even though I pay to have it here ?) ?? I could keep going, I’ll stop here and reevaluate my point of view ! Thanks ??
