I have mixed feelings about living here. I find the leasing staff to be frustrating and not trained. The apartment is fine. My expectations could be to high. Everything is difficult to maneuver these days.... it how things are.

They raised my rent even though rents throughout the city are going down. They also lowered the rent for other units in my building. When I asked why my rent was going up, I was told that "your rent will always go up due to the market increase", when I asked why the other units were being priced down then, I was told "because of the market". Make it make sense! You can't, because it doesn't. The maintenance team here is pretty responsive though for the most part, which is cool. The leasing office seems to have a lot of turnover so no one knows what they're doing and it shows.

Windows and smoke alarms are updated, but no fans in the kitchen or bathroom. Many character items and pieces should be replace, bath and shower knobs, loose and finicky, toilet could be turned so knees aren't butt up against the tub. An island in the kitchen for prep and storage. Some noise dampening between floors. Otherwise large apt for the price and location it is mostly a deal.
