Decent Value

Reasonable rent for location, pool, and apartment size. Street parking can be tight and the neighborhood is noisy at times. The walkability to grocery store, bars, and restaurants is the real draw.

Cool apartment in a good neighborhood. Overpriced for value, especially considering amenities are always broken. Basic safety features could be improved also. But overall decent place.

Restricted Breeds Include: Rottweiler, Pit-bull (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf-Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher and any mix of these breeds. We only allow birds, fish, dogs and cats. No reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, rodents, ferrets or farm animals of any type.
