Great Community

We have lived here for over a year and have had a great experience. Maintenance is responsive, the team is friendly and puts on fun events for residents, they are highly communicative, and the property is clean and well-maintained. We love our apartment and this neighborhood and really appreciate the Red Peak team!

Great building!

This community is great! It is very quiet, you never hear neighbors. The shared spaces are always clean. And the pool and hot tub are a great amenity. The location cant be beat

Great response time from maintenance

Emergency maintenance is always quick to respond. Biggest gripe is they shut off a/c to soon during the shoulder season of Fall sending internal apartment temps to 80 +. Other than that its fine.
