WILL NOT FIX LAUNDRY

I HAVE REACHED OUT ABOUT GETTING THE LAUNDRY FIXED FOR MY FLOOR AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. FOR YEARS I HAVE HAD WET CLOTHES FROM THE DRYER AND NOTHING GETS FIXED. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.
