I’ve lived here for about four years now and have never had any issues. I really enjoy the area—it’s right in the heart of Cap Hill and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. The Red Peak staff has always been attentive, communicative, and efficient. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been taken care of within just a few days. Overall, my experience here has been great.

just moved in about a month ago and the process has been fairly easy- make sure you fill out the inspection form you get at the beginning because I had a lot of tiny problems I didnt want to get charged for. so far has been a good experience, huge balcony and great location but expensive
