Great place to live, will miss it. Some bad neighbors, but the majority were excellent. Staff was excellent. great location

I love the location. The amenities that I was shown on my tour were never available and eventually removed. I have had HVAC issues for a year. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, I have been patient suffering through the cold winter nights and extreme heated days of summer. I was told 3 months ago they were waiting on a thermostat. No one has said anything since. The sink in the bathroom has separated from the counter twice.

Another weekend with only one elevator. Very frustrating. Happens to often. Dont undstand why this happens repededly. Fix this once and for all! Fire tge elevator repair and get a compitent supplier to prevent this from happening.

Everything is beoken for the orice ylu pay. Heat only works when it wants, nothing we asked aniut ever got dixed, laundry room always beoken, doors for our safgwy always beoken and pool was opwn for s month last hear.
