With rent what it is, youre paying for the location. Its an older building so the heat and A/C dont work well, with vents that dont work in bedrooms (have to set thermostat to 64 to get bedroom to be ~70). Poor renovations on the units so theyre very sloppy - for instance, tile in the showers are just painted over so it chips when you go to clean and paint chips all over the place from the patio too. Maintenance team is helpful but the system doesnt allow them to communicate with tenants and requests just get cancelled or closed without notification. Office is closed often and rarely have impact to improve issues if contacted. Homeless people have been getting in and sitting in the stairwell. Parking is steep for what you get with being $125 / month and its only covered not in a garage.

Its a nice apartment. Very quiet! Parking is not baf you may have to search but there is always a parking space near by.

I have lived here for a few years now and really love the location! The rent is manageable and the apartments are plenty big for 2 people. Overall I love 10 Em and plan to keep living here for years to come.

Maintenance is doing better at fixing things. The garbage area could be cleaner. There are mattresses and furniture blocking the area.
