Fine, but I expected more.

I love my apartment and I love the area. However, I have literally never seen a company rep since I moved in. I understand that there is ongoing construction in my building, but the entire process has been an absolute mess. I feel like this could be facilitated better if there was someone here who knew how the building should run? At this point, residents have resorted to writing notes to look out for each other. Between the horrific mail system, the construction, and the absolute lack of liaisons, I’m not sure how the building is still operating at all. Enjoy my rent payment at least?

Management doesn't care

Management doesn't care about the residents. The building is about 50 degrees and they won't turn on the heat. Every time we put in a maintenance call, nothing happens or bare minimum is. We're woken up at 7am with someone installing carpet above and tried out the once pool room.

Improvements needed

The Amenities are nice, never open for use though... even before Covid. I have put in 1 maintenance order in the year I have lived here, there was ZERO response. I fixed it myself after waiting weeks. Transparent and continuous communication and flexibility from RedPeak is horrible!!! When I addressed this with a staff member nothing has changed.

Gone Down Hill

This used to be an incredible apartment and community. Every since RedPeak took over, drove everyone out but almost doubling the prices, moved all management off-site to God know's where, made paying rent online mandatory, including a "convenience fee" that is in-addition to the lease contract, made all interaction with maintenance/management online only (sink overflowing? send an email we'll get back to you), tore apart the building with their remodel that started when we still had 8 months left on our leases (literally jack hammers going on from 5am till 9pm) and many, many, many more infractions besides, no I could not recommend living here less, and I am looking forward to moving out and not renewing our lease again. Used to be a great place. Lived here for 3 years. Would have loved to live here for longer. RIP 10 Emerson Apartments.
