The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is responsive and helpful. Overall, it has been a good place to live.

Living conditions are generally OK, staff is friendly and helpful and neighbors are pleasant. However: 1. "Grassy area" needs to be sodded behind building H and a few others. 2. Insulation around windows and (to a lesser degree) doors is poor. 3. Builder left several poorly finished (plate covered) wall surfaces. 4. Several windows have smudges on the inside of double pane glass that can't be cleaned.
