Wish we’d never wasted our time

When we first moved here, Matt Telli and Ariel were the managers and they were PHENOMENAL. But now? I have no clue who’s in charge, I think it’s Adam? We’ve gone through three + managers in the last few months. Everything seems to be breaking, the water is constantly being turned off, and now our AC is broken. Apparently that’s not considered an emergency even when you’re pregnant and literally cannot overheat or your unborn child is at risk. They don’t care, they won’t even apologize, and won’t come inspect your issue for days. We used to love living here but for $1700+ a month you’d expect working appliances and a little sympathy and concern for your well being. Cannot wait to get out of here!!!

My thoughts

Parking here stinks. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it because there is just no room. The only thing that could be done is to limit residents to 1 vehicle. Or permits could be issued and anyone who doesnt have a permit gets towed. We moved back here for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately neither has been working for quite some time. There is also elevators here and that is huge for someone who doesnt want to live on first floor and who doesnt or cant climb stairs. I cant rate maintenance because there has been no reason to need them right now. Joey, the manager, is very likeable and seems to truly care about residents. The location of the apartments is very central to a lot of things. There is a pretty large retail center going in across the street with restaurants. That is a plus!!

We realize that the parking here is somewhat limited due to the size of the property, however we do not want to restrict residents from having more than one vehicle. As far as the pool and hot tub goes we are very sorry about how long they have been down. However, during the COVID-19 crisis we have been working on both and are hoping to re-open them as soon as it is safe to allow residents back into the amenities. We are glad that you have not had a need for any maintenance in your apartment, however if the need ever does arise we hope that you find the experience positive.
