My thoughts

Parking here stinks. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it because there is just no room. The only thing that could be done is to limit residents to 1 vehicle. Or permits could be issued and anyone who doesnt have a permit gets towed. We moved back here for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately neither has been working for quite some time. There is also elevators here and that is huge for someone who doesnt want to live on first floor and who doesnt or cant climb stairs. I cant rate maintenance because there has been no reason to need them right now. Joey, the manager, is very likeable and seems to truly care about residents. The location of the apartments is very central to a lot of things. There is a pretty large retail center going in across the street with restaurants. That is a plus!!

Decent place to live near the mountains

I've enjoyed living here for more than a year. The staff are nice and the property is in a great location to be close to the mountains and downtown Colorado Springs.

Such a peaceful community!

It felt like we were living right against the mountains, with trees all around! Frank, the maintenance man is so nice and friendly! I would recommend this community if you love living near Cheyenne Canyon but still be about a 5 minute drive to downtown.

Apartment life is apartment life

"Parking is too tight, but it's nice that you're guaranteed one covered space and it's included in rent . Very little extra spaces. We constantly hear neighbors though after speaking with them, it's gotten a lot better . This just comes with the territory of apartment living. Grounds are nice since there are pretty mature trees and an overall nice but small common area. We really like the layout 2BD 2BR - we like the big master bedroom and the smaller second bedroom. Kitchen is a good size, and for an apartment, it has good counter space. Heat insulation haven't been here for a winter yet, so not sure. What's nice is that we barely have to put the AC on in the summer, since we're on the second floor, so we're insulated from the heat. And just opening the windows is usually enough. makes for a low electric bill Staff zero complaints. Zac was the manager that worked with us moving in, and soon after we got here, Jesus replaced him. Both are super friendly and helpful. Apartment life is apartment life. You hear your neighbors, you don't like everything about the complex, but overall it's a good apartment."
