I can't thank Ricky with Maintenance enough for helping me take out my trash when I caught him in the hall to ask! He helped me immediately! I am so grateful he was there to assist me (it was a lot)! Thank you Ricky!

The property is quiet which is good. The utility bills are a bit on the expensive side if you ask me. Also, the amount of times the pool has been closed is not acceptable. I recommend a all around filter be put into the pool to make it less maintenance and cleaner all around. Other than that, I am happy with the overall building.

It's not the worst place to live but it is far from the best. The residents are loud and their kids are loud. Most days I can hear loud music playing from the apartments beside me and below me. I have told the property manager this and nothing has been done. The windows in the apartment leak when it rains hard. The front door has gaps all around it so I constantly smell whats in the hallway which is usually the smell of old fried food. Also, they do not explain that even if you don't use gas or water you will be charged for usage based on the square foot of your apartment. I have never used the gas yet I have to pay for it each month. This seems extremely shady and lazy. For the price they charge the room is not completely terrible but with all the listed issues I can not recommend this place to anyone.

For a first time apartment I think its a pretty good place. The neighbors have been really nice but I think 1.75 for laundry wash and dry each is expensive.
