Great Location & Staff

I love living here for sure. It's a great location with a great neighborhood to walk the dog around. I love that maintenance is prompt and super responsive. The staff is nice too. We've lived here for a few years and it's been a great experience.

Nice, but too Expensive

I have lived here for about a year- they are very responsive to concerns, but my rent is incredibly high and my neighbors are not courteous. I pay over $2300 a month including utilities for a two bedroom, and my neighbors have played music so loud the apartment building shakes. Parking is atrocious, especially if you are disabled. Further, my utilities were almost $600 a month in the winter, for no reason. I plan on moving when my lease is up because I literally can't afford to live here.

Adequate

I definitely feel that maintenance has revengeful compliance. You submit tickets and you will get partial if not dysfunctional repairs. However I will say the office staff is absolutely lovely.
