The management and leasing staff, especially Brittany and Rose, were top-notch—from the initial presentation to making renting feel like being part of a community. Using TheGuarantors was never a hassle, and through any new experiences with the program, I found flexibility and grace from the staff. The leasing office space also blends into a communal space with frequently updated amenities. It successfully feels inviting. Set within a community that feels incredibly vibrant and active, yet relaxed. You constantly see neighbors connecting, utilizing the great amenities, and just enjoying the space. I already met a few neighbour's while walking about!
