My upstairs neighbor makes a lot of noise at 5 in the morning with his treadmill and exercising. What can I do to cancel my contract? because they don't let my children sleep

My wife and I originally moved here in 2016. It was supposed to be for just a few months while we found a place. However fell in Love with the property and have lived here ever since. Fantastic maintenance team who is always fast thorough. Property is safe and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know.
