Still waiting for the parking canopy to serve its purpose of protection. Also waiting for side door entrance.

Friendly and very helpful and they guide us very well

The apartment itself, and its staff and management company, have been wonderful. However, there have been multiple issues of residents yelling, fighting, and using inappropriate language during all hours of the day and night.

I was one of the first people to move into building number two and I've complained since the very beginning about not having access to enter by the side door. Most hotels have a side door that everyone uses their skin card to get in and I don't understand why we don't have that. In the summertime it's okay, but we're entering winter once again and I don't like having to walk to the front of the building in the snow and the rain and the ice. As for the covered parking the awnings are leaned inward so all the rain all the snow everything comes through the cracks in the middle. They need to put a gutter in between so it does not leak directly on my car, create a big giant puddle of water and/or ice during the winter time. That would solve the problem. Other than that I love living here! ??
