Nice location with friendly staff and clean grounds. Great pool with comfortable outdoor seating and barbeque area. The club house is beautiful

It’ll do

Heres the thing: the people here are SO kind. From management to maintenance, they are so sweet and hard working. My issues are with the way things are ran which I believe is a coporate thing, not sure. 1. The parking is ridiculous. It’s gated but people come in and out all the time that don’t live there so you end up paying for it with 0 benefits in that department. For a few months I couldn’t even park in the complex. They have a few reserved spots but you have to pay for them monthly which seems unfair if you’re in a gated community. So, basically, don’t let the gate fool you. It stays open so long after accessed that 4 cars can go in behind you one after the other. 2. The community utility fees on top of the utilities you have to sign up for (gas and electric). This is normal but it can be anywhere from 50-200 a month extra which is insane for fommunity. Then the wifi- you’re forced to use century link in the walls because no other wifi can access the apartments, I tried xfinity specifically. Century link wifi is not very good and charges the most out of every other company. 3. Dont bank on getting a garage either, they’re like $150 extra a month- might as well get a storage unit. Over all, it’s a nice place. Easily 3/5. It’s clean, pet friendly, and in a GREAT area. I love the meadows. I just wish some things were done differently. The car wash is DEFINITELY a plus though :)
