Not happy
There are a lot if things im not happy about. We moved in and the carpet was ripped on different locations. Been having issues with the bathroom entirely! Water issues, pressure issuee, clogging because of the upstairs neighbor. I asked if we would be hearing the upstairs and Dalia said no, but i hear my upstirs neighbor 24/7. At all times, 4am-3:59am sounds are at all times. They spend their entire day at home and we hear everything. Not happy because of the noises. Charging for parking when there is no protection over the car amd/or no security keeping watch..does not make sense, why charge us? Extremely expensive for cheap things. Not happy with their communication either. There was a BEAR on July 4,2024 roaming around the parking lot and kids park. The office never sent a message to let the residents know. Police and animal control were here and everything. I do not like how there are areas that you need to be on the street to keep walking. It wouldn be nice for there to be a sidewalk and be able to walk all over the place, instead of taking the street where people here are not careful. I almost got ran over 2 times walking my dogs. And much much more

Safe and peaceful
I've lived here for 4 years and have been very happy. It is safe and quiet with great location to highway and shopping. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. Lovely views! I'd definitely recommend living here.

Echo Ridge Review
I have lived here for 5 years now and have enjoyed the property, the staff and the experience the entire time. The pool is always nice in the summer, and now the fitness room is back open 24 hours a day which is really convenient.
