Great townhomes for a couple or small family in Boulder

I've lived in Wonderland Creek Townhomes for about 1.5 years. I've been impressed by the quick responses of the maintenance staff. It is easy to submit a maintenance request online and they usually respond within 48 hours. The townhomes are nice and are built with quality materials. There are also nice views of the flatirons if you rent one of the townhomes along 28th street. A major downside of this townhome complex is the parking situation. The parking spaces are too narrow, so I don't feel comfortable parking anything larger than a small SUV in the spots. The garages are also pretty small, so it's difficult to fit any stuff int he garage if you want to park your car in it comfortably. There is some on-street parking for larger vehicles, but it's not always available. The trash and recycling dumpsters have not been well maintained and are often very messy and/or smelly. not sure if this is due to animals, other tenants, or the trash collection company. While the location is great, being along 28th street means there is a lot of noise from passing traffic. The windows and doors do not dampen the noise at all.
