The rent price is pretty acceptable in Boulder. The leasing agents are professional. Can’t wait to move in!

Generally a very good experience, however, the repeated concrete work necessitating several move outs has been subpar. Also, the accounting department hasn't been very prompt about reimbursement for hotel costs during the moveout.
