Property manager is a bad person

Great place to live, but the property manager has repeatedly charged us for repairs to our house which never occurred. He continues to insist they happened when they never did. We are currently reaching out to legal services to resolve this.

4 star property management didn’t have a property manager employed so our problems when to no one. Many problems with the house that they will try to charge you your life for.

Apartment review

Overall, I felt as if I was getting a good deal going into the lease. However, as time went on, the neighbors got more rambunctious and noisy, and the apartment had floods, which meant I had to hire my own plumber to fix them. I live here with the thought on my mind that I could have done better.

Everything has seemed fine. There are somethings I wish I caught before sending in our Housing Checklist because certain things were not up to Fair Housing Law qualifications. Other than that, our neighbors have gone crazy...the one below us will not stop playing the guitar and singing - even after 10pm!!!! And our neighbors on the left of us in the duplex have become insane screamers.
