The rent is definitely higher than the place is worth. Air goes straight through the windows and Fourstar still hasn't tried to do anything after being notified multiple times.

Good location but awful house

The inside of the house has been covered in mold since we moved in, and they have done nothing about it. Finally got a fan in our bathroom after 6 months. Location is nice in relation to campus and price is good for the area I guess. However, it is constantly so loud outside.
