Got to the apartment and there is a drawer missing from the kitchen. The bathroom door is cracked in half. The bathtub faucet has a random black glove taped onto it and there are many more problems.

-Laundry is not included in-unit and requires quarters for use -Dry wall is cheap and crumbles (especially in bathroom when dampened) -Heating/cooling unit completely outdated to the point where even after being replaced it leaks and stops working intermittently -Bathroom is repulsive (stains in shower that were here when I moved in, sink pipes that are taped to the wall) -Closet doors require muscle and maneuvering to open/close -Kitchen cabinets are extremely outdated -NO DISHWASHER. THIS PLACE IS $1400 A MONTH -Windows are super old and don't close properly. They're also super thin so it's freezing in the winter and cool air is lost in the summer (huge electricity bill) -Outlets are all super loose (can't use half of them)
