Not so good experience

I have been living here for about a year and a half and quite frankly it has been a not so pleasant experience. Inconsiderate neighbors, high rent, and a not so involved staff seem to plague this complex. The location is excellent but it is a shame that even with all the noise clauses in the lease, nothing seems to be done about the noise and disturbances that happen nearly every night. Also I find it a bit ridiculous that after reviewing the lease, there is no legitimate way to break the lease, leaving dissatisfied tenants stuck paying high rent for okay standards. I would definitely not recommend these apartments.

good first apartment

The apartment itself is so cute but it's seeming like it's impossible to get someone out to fix it! We have a broken dishwasher and our door doesn't shut property and it seems like no one is ever going to come to fix it!

I need to actually here from the unit manager. There is some damage, I do not know what is my parking spot, and my kitchen carbon monoxide alarm is blaring no battery.
