Not Clean

The property has broken window screens, missing screens, was not clean with cobwebs in the corners when we moved in, the kitchen porcelain is broken, the living room windows either dont open or the lock is brocken and wont open, all of the window screens have holes, the staircase is screws, one blind was just never put up, the water pressure is low, missing a railing, some of the window screens are ripped, kitchen grouting is not finished, windows dont stay ip, cracks above window in living room.
