Looks are deceiving, Renters beware

In the beginning almost 4 years ago, the majority of management and staff was different. They were very nice, accommodating and the prices were very good. Since then, the staff has changed dramatically, and the pricing has increased by almost $500.00 a month. The manager that is in charge presently, a woman named Liz is very rude to the renters, and shows little or no interest in their needs. When discussing rate changes, policy about the grounds, covid requirements and other important facts for the renters, she is missing compassion, respect, and an overall good attitude. Regardless of who owns the building, the face of the office that represents them should be one that is inviting and portrays a real interest in providing the best environment for their renters. This is not the case at Fountain Glen Apartments in Stevenson Ranch, Ca. and it is very sad.

Safe and quiet

Safe and quiet most of the time for me. One thing I don't like is when both trash and recycling chutes are blocked by big bulky trash bags and wide cut up boxes. This makes it hard to discard our trash and recyclables.
