Great location. Old building, so walls are plaster, paper thin, and there is no insulation - summer is hot and winter is cold. Parking is a challenge in this locale. Property is professionally maintained. Landlords are greedheads - max rent increase every single year till they take every cent you earn.

I love this place! The neighbohood is amazing, it is walkable, quiet, and safe. My unit is lovely and has a cute outdoor area that makes it feel like such a bigger/ brighter space. The only drawback is no onsite laundry….
