Quiet Place to Live
On-site laundry is the amenity as well as assigned parking for tenants only. Guests park on the street. Very quiet and clean. Managers have changed too many times in the last 5 years, I can't keep up with who is in charge anymore. We miss Miriam who used to be the on-site manager, she was the best! Affordable place and th building itself it safe but the outside the building not so much.

Clean Spacious Quiet
Staff is friendly, diligent, respectful, & efficient. The builiding is well kept. My apartment is spacious. Perfect parking garbage with music playing 24/7 the wave 94.7 radio. Cameras are all over property make it more secure. Laundry areas are clean with plenty of machines that work. We have the opportunity to BBQ outside their are grills through out the building. This apartment is good for families, seniors and singles. We are 1 mile away from Cabrillo beach. It’s perfect place for me right now in my life. Thank you La Corona Del Mar for making my move in smooth and convenient.
Peaceful
I have lived in Corona Del Mar since April 2018. It is very peaceful and quiet. The residents are friendly and respectful. I enjoy the proximity to the ocean and beach. It is a great value in a beautiful part of San Pedro.
