Good place to live, but lacks amenities

This building feels very safe and well-maintained, but we don't have a fitness center, pool or other amenities. It often feels like we don't have enough laundry machines for the size of the building. There isn't much traffic in this area, but with no air conditioning we have to leave the windows open all the time and you do hear loud exhaust and the bang of the trash man moving the dumpsters.

manager is rude and violet

Kenisha the new so called manager has to go why would anyone want to live with such a rude violet crazy lady. You people need to do a back round check I'm sure this lady has served time she is not the type of person you want as a property manager. She's rude to all your tenants and at the end of the day she is gonna cause more problems .

Affordable and Safe Complex

Probably will not find a place cheaper in the area even if the area isn't really a great and safe part of town overall. The complex itself is safe and well maintained. The layout and cabinets and fixtures are outdated but they work for what they need to be. The only thing I don't like is that the off-hours number for emergency issues didn't work. It didn't even take me to the voicemail.

I have been waiting for 4 months for maintenance

There has been a turn over in management and I have been very patient but I want my maintenance issues resolved. I also need hot water in my sinks. I am immunosuppressed from a liver transplant and cancer and need hot water please not Luke warm water that dribbles.
