Amazing location

There is a humming / vibrating noise coming from under my floor which never goes away. I'm slowly getting used to it, but it's very frustrating.

Responsive Management

My girlfriend and I stayed in one of the suites there while on internships to the bay for 4 months. While the building itself seemed a bit old, the studio we stayed in was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures on their website, with wood floors, new appliances and a tiled island counter in the kitchen. It was amazingly furnished, with every kitchen supply one could need, hangers, and even garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper to get us started. The laundry machines were a bit wily, but at least we had the convenience of having them in the basement of the building. Landmark lets you pay online, which was nice, and the response to our maintenance requests were always prompt. With the prorated rent and the inclusion of utilities for the first three months, the rent was very fair (for SF) The area is a bit loud, and, being next to the 16th St Mission BART station, the area is a bit sketchy. However, the building is secure and we never had any issues with safety.

Location! Location! Location!

I stayed at the Richelieu suites for the past three months and it was great. I had to relocate for a job and had zero time to look for an apartment beforehand. Brittany helped me with a facetime viewing of the location and made the move-in seamless. All the paperwork and payment were easy to complete online. The studio had everything I needed and was easy to move into and out of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat with. The wifi never had any connection issues and there is a great little laundromat on the corner. The little futon pictured is the only furniture I brought with me and it fit in the space perfectly. The neighborhood in Mission is one of the best, in my opinion. It's close to 24th and mission BART and the J line on the muni. It's also close to one of the most popular parks in SF (dolores mission) and the shops on Valencia are great. I love this location so much that I found a permanent apartment just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term stay!
